Need better parking Food is great drive thur is needed of more help to slow on getting food

Giving the benefit of the doubt is one thing I don’t usually give but if I’m being honest… as my FIRST time experience at this Portillo’s location the Chicago Dog was absolutely absurd.. like it sat on the boiler or grill for the whole day. The whole meal didn’t taste fresh. Can’t see the team effort in here, but like I said giving the benefit of the doubt.. these employees seem like they’re ready to clock out and just throw whatever in a to go bag for their customers. Probably have to come earlier in the day and get the best of the best. Then AGAIN.. can’t speak too soon.

I ordered an itallian beef through uber eats. paid extra for cheese hot peppers. wanted it dipped well. I recieved an extra dry beef with no cheese or hotpeppers.

Place is filthy, staff is unprofessional and nonchalant
