Little Caesars Pizza - Oak Lawn

You need zero stars. The pizza dough wasn't ready. I returned the pizza, it was a combo with pop. So the guy asked if he wanted to cook another one. I refused the offer, so he gave me a refund. Then one piece was missing, I said I'd see it again, it's there, I cleaned it out. So he asked for a pop back, so I said okay. It's small to ask the pop back if you're gonna get me an uncooked pizza. Then half of my money returned Pennies. He claimed they hadn't changed anymore. With my attitude, I will never return to this terrible place. Again?

The woman at the counter kept an amazing attitude, regardless of the almost dozen people waiting for her food. Little Caesars only needs a better system of the number of orders online or better staff their locations.

Should I? ve turned around when I saw the door. My job wasn't done in time. The window was 8:48-8:53 and it was not ready until 9. They didn't have the sauces I had ordered, they had no sauces. Mad I didn't read the reviews before I went to this ghetto site.

Bad little Zesars location ever. Always packed and small children run the show that doesn't care if customers wait for order. Ordering by the app at 5 pm and got my food 2 hours later even a statement or a suffering for waiting. 2 hrs. this store sucks and needs new management. Honestly...

Did an online order and arrived at the time food would be ready. Well guess what it wasn't , lobby full of people waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to the front. Employees are extremely ghetto along with the service they were extremely rude to customers, without us they wouldn't have jobs. They kept to themselves and had fun making comments on people's names just the whole experience was unprofessional. Your better off offering from Crestwood do yourself a favor or Order from DOMINO'S PIZZA and get better service and quality. Never again would I order from here again.
