Panada Pizza - Oak Island

This place used to be my go to. I would drive clear across Dartmouth to pick up my food. Would not eat a donair or shawarma anywhere else. As of late. I find the food has gone very far down hill. To the point where I would not recommend to others or even go back myself. With all the new cooks. Inconsistencies are very common. The food never tastes the same. I ordered the chicken shawarma playe a few days ago. And it wasn't even fit to eat. Not like I remember. At all. A meal that cost me over $20. That night and the next day I couldn't stay off the toilet. It absolutely destroyed me. Iam not sure what's going on these days. But it's not the same restaurant that won best donair last year. I'm sad I voted for you. You've let a very good thing go downhill. Fast ! After a good solid 6 years of eating nowhere else. I have to find another place that is a little more consistent ! So sad to see this happen.

I've been going to Panada since about 2014-2015 and still do today (April 2020). Their food is really good. Top 3 in Dartmouth IMHO. THANKS STAFF for your amazing long term consistent service and great food. Never once had a complaint. Food always good and hott.

I've had their slices a few times now when I've been in the area for work. They're not bad but could use more toppings. The cheese or topping also don't usually go all the way to the crust. At least on the slices I've had. Their donair egg rolls aren't bad. I find they're very well done and could use more cheese in them. The prices are great and I'd like to try more options. Next time I'll try the shawarma. Also a super busy spot during lunch hour.
