Went to the MicMac Mall location today because I had 35 minutes to wait for my bus so I figured that would be sufficient time to grab a quick bite....boy was I wrong.Maybe it's possible at other locations,but definitely not this one.The woman waiting on customers moves painfully slow,takes one order,then waits there for it to come up,slowly bags it and slowly gives it to the customer.....without bothering to attend to the 5 other people in line waiting to order,and not even bother to greet or acknowledge them. Here's a great idea,maybe wait on the other people in line while you stand there waiting for the last oder to cook? They showed me how to take more than one order at a time when I worked at Macdonalds....and I was only 17.Unfortunately I couldn't rate the food and the atmosphere was ruined for me when it took 25 minutes for this woman to serve the 4 whole people in front of me,I had to leave,as I didn't even get to the counter in that time to place my order,and God knows how much longer I d have to wait to get the actual food....Really disappointed in you guys,you were one of the greats.Sad to say I will not be visiting this location again.Train your staff better,or get better staff.
I'm going to put this simply, if you're a fast food restaurant no matter how good you are and you charge $61 for 3 combos and a side of onion rings I will not return. Simple. That is a fast food restaurant charging me sit-down restaurant prices for a couple of chicken burgers and poutine.
THIRD time I have ordered here and gotten onion rings and poutines with my meals and after charging me and receiving my food I was given Fries. For the THIRD TIME. I also paid extra to add cheese and it is not on my burger , which is crazy considering it was almost an extra dollar for a sinkge slice of cheese and it's not even on there.Please don't order here because 9 times out of ten, it is always messed up and they never answer the phone , ever. Also paid extra to have it delivered off of uber and they didn't even give me the items I was charged for.
Absolutely awful service as always. Don't know why I tried again every month. The manager is a total dink and the associates are stupid beyond comprehension.They can't figure out their own systems or how to use a coupon code from their own app.
