Mark's Pizzeria

I called to order a delivery for our lake house, it is our first time trying to”Marks” as we are from Buffalo, and Cleveland. The service calling was horrible the girl who answered could not have been more rude. The food was cold and soggy. For now on we know better than to try “Rochester, NY food chains”. Very unhappy.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Mark's. Even when mistakes have been made with my order, the staff always goes above and beyond to correct them. Everyone is always friendly. Great customer service!
