Hot Shot Espresso - Oak Harbor

My husband waited in line for almost 40 minutes this morning. When we got back to the hotel, the coffees were the worst we’ve ever tasted. Even my kids refused to drink them; they were way too sweet. We ended up throwing away $30 worth of coffee—what a waste! We vacation here frequently, but we will never buy coffee from this place again. I would give it -10 stars if I could!

If you’re looking for the best iced white chocolate mocha with oat milk on Whidbey Island, look no further! As a true foodie, I can confidently say that this is the best you’ll find. Just trust me on this one—you'll thank me later! The coffee is expertly roasted right here on Whidbey. Who else could possibly compare?

The barista appeared a bit unfriendly during my visit. One of the coffees in our order was meant to be sugar-free but wasn't. Since it was my first time there, I might give it another chance in the future.

This is by far my favorite coffee spot in OakHarbor! I can always tell which barista is working by how good my coffee taste but I can’t complain because if I knew how to make it myself I obviously wouldn’t be paying someone else to do if for me regularly haha. I wish they still gave out the chocolate covered coffee bean on top of your drink, hoping they decide to bring that little sweet bean treat back sometime soon. I’d say out of every 5 trips, the customer service could be rated at 4/5 stars while there is always a random outlier that falls below that.. staff seems to come and go often. Not sure why? Just wish the quality of that amazing drinks would stay the same no matter what. None the less Hot Shot is still the best coffee spot on island!

Coffee, the nectar of life. If you're looking for a quick stop for coffee while headed off island, or just need a pick me up in the middle of the day, Hot Shot has some of the best in Oak Harbor. They use real Espresso for a lot of their drinks and it gives a nice aromatic feel to your coffee. The Baristas are some of the nicest people and can always make your drink to perfection. Not sure what you want? No problem! The staff always have specials readily available to give a new taste to your morning coffee.
