Subway - Oak Grove

The folks at this Subway were experiencing some technical difficulties. Their microwaves were down. But they powered through and kept most everyone happy. The ladies working this day stayed upbeat and did their best. My order was great. As I told thegal that waited on me keep up the good work!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered curbside pickup and arrived on time, but I had to wait about ten minutes without anyone bringing out my food. I eventually had to call to inquire about my order. When the owner came out, he was quite rude and told me I should have been paying more attention, claiming that someone had already come to my car. I had my window down the entire time, and no one approached me. On top of that, parts of my order were incorrect or missing. For a place that doesn’t get many customers, it's surprising that there would be so many errors. They really need better staff and an owner who actually cares about their customers.

I ordered food for pickup, but when I arrived, the store was closed. I left a message requesting a refund, but was informed that since the store had not closed their register, they couldn't process a refund or void the transaction from a previous day. The owner offered to let me pick up the sandwiches, but they were for people who were no longer at my house, so I opted for a refund instead. He sent me texts and left messages saying I was overreacting and that people needed to eat, so I should just take the sandwiches. He also claimed that due to a buy one get one deal, refunding me would mean his store wouldn't make a profit. Eventually, he said he would give me cash for the refund but asked me not to return to his store. I stopped responding because the situation was so uncomfortable. In the end, I reached out to corporate for a resolution. Honestly, I won't miss this location at all! It was a frightening experience!

The restaurant wasn't busy during my visit, and the staff were very friendly. The place was also clean!
