Pizza Hut - Oak Grove

It doesn 't matter how good the food is when the service couldn 't have been worse. I tried to order food for my whole family and get it delivered to my home. I had to make an addition to the order which you are supposed to be able to do. When I called, I kept being told nobody could find our order (2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 2 liter of pop). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and got hung up again. Called again and couldn 't even get a manager to speak to. Called one more time to hopefully get help and could not have been treated worse by the manager and other staff that kept trading off the phone. I will never dine here after how I was treated. I had to call corporate to get my order canceled and cancel the purchase with my credit card because they kept saying they couldn 't find my order that I had online and email confirmations for.

A topping of chicken is smaller than it used to be. Same with bacon. But still tasted great and was delivered promptly.

July 30th 2023 try to have a delivery and its 9pm and they are not delivering and supposed to be open until 10pm

Hadn't ate at a Pizza Hut in a few years, the previous town I lived in didn't do a very good job...So I was very pleasantly surprised when I decided to try again in my new town. The pizza arrived piping hot and extremely delicious, ordered the new Philly Cheese Steak.

First I ordered online and paid for my order! My kids were home waiting on dinner when I get a call 35 minutes after placing the order telling me the order was credited and deleted from the system so I would need to place the order and pay again. So I did about 45 minutes later while I’m at a show phones on silent I get a call saying the driver could not find my house so my order was canceled I was told I could place the order again and give directions. So at this point I’ve got two pending charges and have to wait 3 to 5 days for money 75$ and they want me to pay them again to resend the order out! What a joke! My gps takes me right to the house yet theirs doesn’t! Not to mention I’ve ordered pizza from here a few times in the past! So two hours later my kids get dinner from McDonald’s door dashed and the door dasher found the house no problem!
