Wendy's - Oak Forest

When I called to resolve the issue, I was told I could return to have the sandwiches remade. However, I live 30 minutes away and needed to pick my child up from school, so going back wasn't an option. As a result, I ended up with just chicken nuggets and those hard fries. The manager informed me that he couldn’t offer any other solutions since he wasn’t sure if he would be there if I came back another day. I went to pick up an order through Uber, and the cashier was very unhelpful and made me wait a long time to receive my order. Service: 1/5.

Horribly run location with staff that are surly and rude, and managers that clearly don’t care about the customer. Was served UNDERCOOKED chicken and the staff didn’t seem to care. The girl at the window was more worried about her nails than properly handing me my food that I waited thirty minutes for in the drive-thru. Don’t waste your money here because you’ll get subpar service from ghetto hoodrat teenagers and worthless adults who barely care enough to make sure they do their jobs right. All I ordered was a Dave's triple sandwich with no ketchup and no, mayonnaise. That is really messed up to get a order so simple messed up. They literally just threw it in my bag. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't go here, they are not worth your money or your time. Wish I could give them a zero because I couldn't even eat it.
