I get an iced carmel craze latte every morning from a different location. This location never makes it right. They just give you a regular iced coffee instead. Will not return anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They got my order wrong and when I told them they gave me problems about it. Like your the ones that messed up. Horrible customer service

I have noticed service at DD has declined significantly. I like their beverages but will have to start going somewhere else. The customer service is terrible and the employees are rude. I came in to place my order only to be ignored while both employees proceeded to take care of drive thru. I leaned over and said hello then ask if anyone was taking orders. They both turned to look at me but continued doing what they were doing. The young lady walked over and took my order, while the guy kept taking orders while singing and listening to music in his earbuds. I will never visit this location again.
