Panera Bread - Oak Creek

I had to clean my own table. There were no bread bowls available. The new chicken sandwich was disappointing, and the frozen strawberry lemonade felt overpriced for what it was.

The quality of the ingredients are still good, but the prices and the quantities you get for them are not. I have noticed this trend at Panera for at least the last 5 years, and I had hoped it was limited to the Illinois stores that I previously had visited, but it seems to be the case more and more for Panera as a whole.

I’ve been eating at this location for years now and it used to be amazing but for the past month or so, the the soup/salads taste different in an icky way. Maybe the staff are not trained well or they are using bad ingredients idk but someone should check out this location for sure

The prices are becoming outrageous. Every time I order delivery, my food arrives 45 minutes to an hour later than promised. I won't be ordering from here again. DoorDash handles their deliveries, and it's always well after my lunch break is over.

I ordered two warm Mediterranean bowls with chicken, and I paid extra for additional chicken in one of them. However, when I got home, I discovered that neither bowl had the extra chicken. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but I was told that I should have checked my order before leaving. While I acknowledge that I should have done so, I believe it’s the responsibility of the staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, especially when extra charges are involved. The only solution offered was to return to the restaurant for the additional chicken, but that wasn’t feasible for me since I don’t live nearby. It's disappointing that the only resolution was to drive back for a small portion of sliced chicken.
