Bj's Brewhouse - o Hills

Lauren, one of the main managers here is rude each time I’ve been here, and provides rushed mediocre service. Food is good otherwise

Don't know why BJ's sides are never hot when they arrive and entrees are just warm. Mashed potatoes were very salty. Tho, this seems to be a problem at most restaurants now!

Cherry chipotle Salmon was sososo delicious again.Vegetarian options: I am not Vegetarian but I only eat healthy. No meat no chicken no fried foods. Nothing in a can or bag. So when I want a good Salmon I go to BJ'S ?

My wife and I had dinner tonight at BJ’s in Chino Hills our server was Kade . I’m writing this review because it was the best server we ever had at that restaurant and I just want his managers to know that he’s the reason why I gave them five stars not the food not the atmosphere. He did a great job.

Dinner started off bad, first.... they were out of the Prime Rib dinner special. (which is why we went there) Then after placing our order and then waiting forever for my soup, which never came, mine and my wife's dinner was served. I asked that our dinners be returned to the kitchen so we could have dinner together, and to please serve the soup. The waiter gave a lame excuse saying that they tried to serve the soup sooner but it was sent to another table which told the server they didn't order soup, so rather than trying to figure out which table it was supposed to go to.... well I don't know what they did with it. With all that it was impossible to enjoy our dinners. But.... I do like BJ's and will probably go back sometime.
