Raclette and chasselas are on the menu. It's perfect for a private party, they are very flexible for the set-up. Nice atmosphere with vaulted ceiling and stone floor.

Nyon is a very short train ride North of Geneva, its well worth taking the 12 minutes and getting into a true wee Swiss town. Great sites and very good restaurants and bars on the lake side. With a great wee castle.

The Chateau in Nyon is such a special place and a visit to the Caveau is a must. The setting is so cool and sitting down for a bottle of local wine with a plate of meats/cheeses to snack on is a great way to spend a couple hours. When we have guests visit us in Nyon, we bring them to the Caveau!

I attended a reception and dinner here. The reception was held outside the Chateau where we could enjoy the incredible beauty of Nyon looking across Lac Lemain to the Alps. An incredible way to unwind after a week long intense meeting. The selection of wines was great. We then adjourned to the basement for light snacks and more wine.
