Arilds Vingård - Nyhamnslaege

A very cosy and inviting cafe within the Vineyard restaurant that otherwise caters for large wedding parties. I was able to enjoy a fresh food lunch after traversing some wild open countryside from the coastal margins of the nearby national park.

Arilds Vingård is a really lovely family winefarm. They're extremely welcoming and friendly and the wine tour and the wine tasting is a great experience with lots of interesting information. The food was also great! Antipasto starter yummy, fishsoup extremely tasty and so was the roast beef salad. The service was not as great although the staff were very friendly and nice they were a bit confused which caused some delays. But, the lovely setting and food made up for it.

Had the most amazing Fishsoup at Arild wineyard in there fabulous rustic countryside restaurant at the winery. Wat was very nice to see is how the whole family from the father, mother and children all work together on this fairly new wine estate in there strive to come up with something special and fulfilling there dream. Really a nice overall experience

We were driving on the countryside when we saw the sign 'Vingård ' (vineyard) and we felt immedeatly that we had to check that out; you don 't see many vineyards in Sweden. Surprisingly it was quit big. There 's a restaurant, a couple of rooms if you want to stay a night or two and they also arrange weddings and other private events. We only stayed for about an hour, just had a glass of wine from their own production. Neither the wine or food was overpriced. The staff was very good and made us feel very comfortable so I will most certain come back to this pittoresque little vineyard.

Well, the visit was kinda ambivalent. We would not come because of the wines because none of them was more than average. I have to admit we are enthusiasts and the last bottle we drank a day ago was a Louis Jadot Burgundy white. Staff is very friendly tough and they are good hosts. Food was good. A no go is to charge 200 SEK for what they call “glamping”. Basically a gravel lot outside the yard if you have a camper to spend the night in. Especially in October when we were there, the lot was empty and they should not have charged anything at all. In the main season I would not complain. I love the idea though to start growing wine in Sweden but they still have to learn a lot.
