Contribuiți la feedbackI stopped in at Little Caesar's in McMinnville around 7:30 PM on Friday, 02/23/2024.There was a line of vehicles wrapped around the building and the lobby had 4-5 customers standing inside.I could see that the crew inside was working their butts off.I pulled up to the window to get a hot-n-ready pizza. As busy as they were, they surprisingly had plenty stockpiled.The young man working the window was doing a great job of alternating between taking care of lobby customers and drive thru customers. He was keeping both lines moving smoothly.He had a great attitude and was smiling the whole time. It's not that often anymore that one gets great customer service at a drive thru window. I didn't get his name, but this guy was on his game.If they keep offering the kind of customer service I received while there on this visit, I'll be spending my money with them when I'm in the mood to go out and pick up a pizza.Great job!
I was told to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I waited over an hour. Went back through the drive through and the girl did apologize, but told me some computer was down or something, and they couldn't remember who had ordered what ?. They could've easily walked out to ALL of the many cars waiting, and asked what their order was!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
They have really upgraded their pizzas. Really good food on a budget.
It was the worst ever we live way? On the other side of town. We pre-ordered food on our card. Spent $52 on food to find When We get home. That there is black hairs in our food. Then we tried calling for 45 minutes and no one would answer and and we have Kids and we couldn't get back outo go up there to complain to get refunded Or remade, so therefore.If you're eating it Little Caesars, you better look out for your food. You might find Black hairs in there. I am pregnant. Had to wait 45 minutes on the food. Then can't get nobody to answer cause I want to put hair in my food. He didn't even scan my barcode on my phone when showed up to get it. I am a very angry customer and very upset and they will refund my money.
I visited the restaurant last night and wanted to order two pizzas: one three-meat and one pepperoni. However, when I asked for the three-meat pizza at around 9:04, the young man at the drive-thru had an attitude and informed me they couldn't make it since it was already past 9. I accepted that and decided to get two pepperoni pizzas instead. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 30 minutes, even though it wasn't busy at all. When I finally received the pizzas, they looked like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't fresh. To top it off, when he noted my car, he referred to it as a "greenish car," despite it clearly being a black SUV. I don't think I'll be returning at night, and I might not come back at all if the staff's attitude doesn't improve.
