Cute little restaurant surrounded with rice paddies with nice design and good food.

This is — judging from what I've seen anyway — by far the best restaurant in Waikabubak and maybe the best in Sumba. It's not easy to find, but the location, within peaceful rice paddies with views of the hills, is stunning. Food was excellent and very professionally prepared and presented, portions were big, and I even got some imported Dutch cheese and cherry tomatoes as an amuse-geule. A nice restaurant with sumbanese authenticity in terms of interior and decorations. A restaurant that surrounded by a paddy field. So refreshing sitting here during afternoon sunset for a cup of coffee and then continue to eat a grilled fish for dinner. The owner also very friendly and used to be a tour guide, so he can also answer most of your questions about your trip in sumba

The newest addition to Waikabubak Culinery Scene. Located in the middle of a rice paddies. Seating is limited and food is Mix Asian and Italian. Good food but come early to anticipate limited kitchen’s capacity. Visit at night can be tricky due to lack of signage and lights.
