Quaint, yet sophisticated. Excellent bakery, great coffee and teas. Well established and a local landmark.

My wife and I have visited the Bakery on 4 occasions over the 4 years during our Barossa visitsIt is within walking distance of the Vine Inn where we have stayed on all 7 of our visits to NuriootpaThe Bakery has a great range of food and the prices are very reasonableVery tasty pastries and a good selection of cakes etc

Purchased a sandwich which was chicken, pesto and spinach on artisan bread assuming this cute little bakery would have good food. The chicken is the highly processed cheap sandwich chicken that super cheap places use, way too much pesto and the bread was very average. I was starved and still couldn't stomach it. Then kind of as an aside, the service is very average: having spent $20 and opting to order as takeaway, I was told I couldn't now sit down in the cafe (even though there were many tables empty) & they instead pointed me to the streetside bench outside. What the??!!! These people clearly have little concept of what the word cafe or service means. Very odd.

Delicious breakfast. Great coffee. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cooked breakfast in Nuriootpa.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast of toast, eggs and bacon with a pot of tea. Lovely pastries too. Service was good and so was the atmosphere with the historical photos on the wall and information we received from staff and owner.
