But the guy says yes they have them. What the F....? I wasn't not happy about what did. Very bad service at this place. Because of this company..
Always saying system is down, system seems to be always down at their convenience. Fire the whole store for real. And replace with people who know how to work.
If I could put less stars I would. This place is a mess. I walked up to order some donuts and the lady comes to the register standing there with a mouth full of food. Doesn’t say a word so I don’t know she was there to take our order till I asked her. So once she finished her mouth full of food she wipes her mouth with her hand to then proceed to pick up the paper to pick up our donuts with the same hand she wiped her mouth with. She gets our donuts in the bag to THEN tell us the computer is down to pay cash only. Management really needs to reevaluate training and how they’re employees run the store when not around.
Too much delay, inside they talk about everything except the customer's orders, horrible
Today we made the excellent decision to go to Dunkin Donuts, we chose Kendall and it was the best thing.... we arrived at a place with the appropriate warmth both environmentally and humanly, we were welcomed by Javier who with the best attitude attended to us, He made suggestions and made sure that everything was top quality and without a doubt it was... excellent coffee and 1000 points in attention and service... 1000% recommended
