Aspen Cafe - NUEVO VALLARTA

Eating at the aspen is good; but it's only open when the operators feel like coming up. very unreliable. it would be great if someone would rent the room and open a delicate one. it would be a great addition to the contrary.

As a very picky coffee person, we came on this caffeine and stared it daily because of the excellent coffee. also it offers breakfast and smoothies that we tried in our later days and found everything always very good and reasonable prices. the owner. was helpful and gracious. we always had our coffee to go, but we felt that they made the best coffee in all nuevo!

We ate several times in aspen cafe at our last visit in nuevo vallarta mx. the smoothies were the best we had on our whole trip. the breakfast burritos was made fresh and very tasty. the lady that belongs, the cafe is running. very kind, if I could not remember what kind of smoothie I had the week before she could! Now this is a service! we can't wait to come back next year!

If you are hunting for real bagels and lox. Look not further. This little cafe is the perfect place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Hours are from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is a very extensive menu from bagels to breakfast burritos to salads, sandwiches, paninis and wraps. The coffee is great, I requested some cinnamon to add and they had it. Also available are smoothies and frappes. Sit outside and enjoy .

We wanted a simple breakfast and coffee. came over aspen coffe along the strip in nuevo. we were in the sea garden and enjoyed it, out and a relaxing breakfast in aspen. eating was great. reasonable compared to the resort. also located in the property. the owner concha was a great host! a must. highly recommended!
