Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant has only opened a few months ago and therefore it was high time to go there to eat. the restaurant is very nicely decorated. you can also sit outside. the service was very attentive. the food was served quickly. the offer of food and drinks was great. we had a very tasty bark soup and sweet with peanut sauce. we were spontaneously there and had luck that a table was free. it is better to reserve.
I was yesterday for the first time in a Vietnamese local point at the beautiful weather we sat outside. the service was very friendly and accommodating. the freshly prepared food tastes the just delicious I will definitely come back.
For the first time, we tried the new restaurant “Madame Bui” which is still relatiw, which is in our direct neighbourship. Unfortunately, the visit went so much wrong that I would not like more than one point in everything. but the row after. Around 20.15 clock the garden is good, but not excessively filled, the gas room itself is empty. when we arrive, the table is still sticky from the predecessors. only after the request, it is wiped off by one of the two controls. the two service forces are friendly and striving, but the one is absolutely overwhelmed, the other is already close to despair. this is also noticeable for the gast and does not contribute to a pleasant ambiente. one of the services still mentions that apparently a rather chaotic day prevails, but surely eat away. our order is two water, a Papaya salad as an appetizer and two main vegates with tofu. the two water are the only thing that works out of the order without errors. then two Papaya salads come, of which we must leave one of them, of course. the cutlery is placed in the madame bui not very decorative in beer jars of a Franconian brewery on the tables, which is expedient, but rather wants to fit a Franconian hostage rather than an Asian ambided. because only one serviette in the glass clean, the other is dirty, we have to order a new one extra. It takes two to ask for it, as it was forgotten. after the salat follows the main court. this comes – as we almost feared – only once instead of twice. the service has simply confused the orders. further chaos is also noticeable. the side table is obviously not satisfied and has to draw attention to its fourth or fifth order of drink, which simply does not come. we are obviously not the only ones who are not satisfied.If all this has not been bad enough, the hammer follows. After we have also received the second ordered (probably) vegetarian main dish with tofu, we begin to eat. the taste is good, but not exceeding, I have already eaten better with other vietnamesen, especially with regard to spice. but that's a good taste and I could live with it. so that I can not live in any case and what the barrel really brought to pass is the fact that there are two vegetarian-oriented larger pieces of chicken meat. an absolute no-go that must not happen. we were really mad, complained directly in the kitchen and at the services, left everything back and immediately asked for the bill. the restaurant must be too good that you have not calculated anything and apologized. this was also the least we had expected. Nevertheless, the chaotic states do not make a good impression and do not convey a good experience. the thing with the chicken (not only one piece, but several and that eat right in both) is pure **** and must not happen.It remains to be hoped that madame bui gets the load quickly in the grip. if we give the restaurant a second chance, we don't know yet. at the moment the lust has been on it.
In nuernberg it is not easy to get authentic Vietnamese food, so our joy was all the more groessier than we learned from the opening of the madame bui. Yesterday we were there for the first time. the local was well visited, with the greatest part played in gardening. the two service cramps seemed mercilessly overwhelmed and plentiful, but very friendly. only sadly, it is not the decisive ceremony, if you have to wait for the menu for a long time and this does not catch up despite repeated demand, then let the turenke wait for you, the crumb-brot is only brought after demand and the second round treaenke can already be enjoyed almost as dessert wine. the personal seemed headless and overwhelmed and could do an almost sorry. but now to eat. the dishes were fresh, well sprinkled and also very good. because of eating we would come back to all the faelle, but the service should be improved, otherwise only a medium-sized experience that could actually be a wonderful evening.
We were now 5 times within a short time after the opening there . at the first visit we were immediately completely overwhelmed and torn by ingenious eating with this diverse aromen, the authentic and unfailed preparation and the quality of the feeds. there was the local but still relatiw little visited and the service was fast and perfect. because it was so good we went back to two weeks and that. and was completely different, unfortunately! the (only!) service was totally overwhelmed with the crowd of guests, alone until we finally got something to drink we waited for over 30 minutes, and the card I had to organize myself. then again a feeling eternal waiting time for eating and a small disappointment, because the portions seemed to be suddenly shrunk over the first visit! the pho broth was not half as good, the fresh crumbled strongly reduced, meat portioning significantly smaller. in the third and fourth visits, this situation was even more acute. in the local ran a little girl around which is super golden, who appeals to guests and joins the tables but that doesn't like everyone. some guests just want to eat in peace. the music was also extremely needy. the water (only came after 45 minutes)was warm and schal,and a dish came with tofu instead of meat, but was calculated with meat. Conclusion: this local has incredible potential, the operators are incredibly sympathetic and mega love, and I will certainly go back and forth despite the current chaos - if hopefully it will soon be better. please give this restaurant a chance , because it is just in the building phase. appropriate service forces must be found and logistics must be structured. I think the operators are now working hard on it. They have noticed the problems, only it takes something to do everything perfectly. Our dear has conquered this locally in any case.
