Ekuthek - Nürnberg

Small portions. tables are close to each other. I wanted my steak medium, but I came through. the truffle butter has tasted sore. service friendly.

I was in the ekuthek yesterday and had a filetsteak. the meat was really good and fried at the point as you can expect in a steak restaurant.The interior decor looks a little bit thrown together and unstructured.The price for the steak and the supplements has a little surprised me, in other steak houses I have already paid much more. therefore price/performance is absolutely in order.

Now this restaurant is a guarantee. always when I come to nürnberg and get lust on meat, a visit here must be. very varied menu, excellent quality of meat and very friendly staff

I don't like restaurants where the food is served after only 10 min. The steak was perfectly cooked, however the taste was just average.Also the baked potato and the salad (more than 6 Euro for a small salad!) was quite mediocre.The beer and coke were a bit too warm, not really cold.The service was attentive but not really warm and friendly.All in all it was quite disappointing. Not what you expect for a Friday evening dinner. There are many steak houses around offering more for less or at least a way higher quality for a top price :-(

In focus. atmosphere was good, staff very nice. but steak does not correspond to the price . have paid for steak 107€ was 1300kg , and one could not chew the part (due to long).
