China Restaurant Asia - Nürnberg

I have been visiting this restaurant for over 45 years now and have never been disappointed. I visit any time I am in Germany. It's a bit difficult to locate as it is on the second floor and there is only a small sign at the entrance, which is located in a pedestrian only zone. A word of warning to my American friends: German Chinese food is very different from American Chinese food, so come here with an open mind. The hot and sours soup is phenomenal, albeit very different from the American version. The menu is extensive and heavy on morels, bamboo, pork and duck. Entrees are placed on a warming dish in the middle of the table, making sharing easy. For dessert I highly recommend the fried bananas with honey (also very different from the American dish by the same name).

Was there for lunch with my wife. Food was good. Waiters very friendly. 21.90€ with appetizer 2 main dishes and 2 large drinks. For me something too cheap. I told the waiter that he should make 25€ he thinks only Ohhh no is too much and has only 23€ cashed. Very sweet of some would have thanked and 25€ just gets top.

Delicious fast cheap my opinion for 5,90 it tasty suppe was while eating and water a bit expensive but otherwise past it

For the quick lunch completely ok: Very friendly, fast, good!
