Fascination - Nürburg

Der Service ist aufmerksam und schnell. Ich habe ein Wiener Schnitzel bestellt. Es kamen 2 Schnitzel, welche sich fast nicht von der Pfanne trennen könnten. Nicht wie beschrieben, knusprig, im Butterschmalz Gebratenen. Das Fleisch war ca. 1 cm dick, die Panade kleberig und speckig und voller Fett!!! Schrecklich!!! Nie mehr wieder!!!

Had breakfast here while staying for the weekend. Excellent, good variety and selection of foods very nicely laid out catering for all tastes. The restaurant is very clean and bright with very helpful staff and overlooks the start/ finish straight.

Sur principe d'un buffet sur les petits déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner.Le choix est large et le service discret et attentionné. Pain à la découpe, beaucoup de choix entrée plat dessert fromages. Boissons alcoolisées à la demande.Fin du service du soir 21h45 pas possible de s'installer à partîr de cette heure.

Nous avons pour découvrir cet établissement en formule buffet (à la fois pour l'entrée, le plat et dessert) et également pour le petit déjeuner. Le choix est très convenable pour l'ensemble, le choix des pains est très bon aussi. L'emplacement est idéal pour observer la piste. Le personnel pour débarrasser les assiettes est très "réactif" voir même trop rapide :) (à l'affut d'une assiette (ou verre / bouteille) quasi terminée pour la retirer :)

My father, brother and I had a nice sit-down dinner here during the 2015 24 Hours of Nurburgring race. The food was very good and the atmosphere was modern, bright and elegant. We sat inside, but there were outdoor tables that probably had a better view of the track. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive as well. It's conveniently located right next to the new Ring Boulevard complex.
