Six years on from my last review of this great local restaurant and it is just the same as before ! Brilliant food, service and atmosphere ....... We have also just booked up for the Moules Frites special lunch they do now and then on a Saturday !! Great value as always €14.00 gets you 5 course, a bottle of Red Wine, a bottle of Cider, water and bread ! loads of parking space, beware closed for annual vacation 12/26 August '23

Was recommended by the local B&B we were staying at with the advice to get there early. There a starter table to select from, a choice of mains or steak and frites if required and there is a dessert chiller for you to choose from. The tables are clean with a bottle of red wine, a bottle of low alchol cider for the drivers and workers and a bottle of water, all included in the price. Coffee is extra. It fills up very quickly with locals, workers and drivers, there is a lively buzz with everyone talking, the food must be good as its like this everytime we went in. Excellent value lunch.

A lunchtime favourite for us this popular restaurant is always busy with locals and passing truck drivers and other French workers. Buffet starter with loads of choice, followed by a couple of main courses to choose from,which can also include a steak for a couple of euros extra. Cheese, dessert, coffee all included at €12.50 plus the bonus of a bottle of red wine , a bottle of cider and a bottle of water all for the you too, we have even been given a second bottle when we've finished the first at no extra charge ! Friendly service from the lady owner, despite being rushed off her feet most of the time !!

Visited on a sunny Friday lunchtime. Very busy, workers tend to arrive at 12 and others at 1. Separate bar area and some outside seating. For €12.50 there is a buffet station with salad, charcuterie etc, then a main dish, we all ate steak frites. Next a good selection of cheese with bread. Then a choice of pudding from the display fridge including chocolate mousse, creme caramel and fruit salad. Coffee ends the meal! Also included for 4 of us was water, a litre of cider and a litre of red wine. All food was prepared with care and was very enjoyable.
