Contribuiți la feedbackFresh sashimi platter, nice sushi rice. My husband also loved his beef yakisoba the beef was tender. The only constructive feedback is for the owners to avoid having the two sides of the restaurant playing different music we were seating near the front and hearing both at the same time, which was a bit annoying.
Good online booking system, friendly staff, beautifully presented food that is of excellent quality. It's not often I say I wish I could empty my stomach to eat everything again. The platters are excellent and having some warmed sake to wash it all down does the trick. If you want seafood that isn't fish and chips, this should be your first stop.
This Restaurant is part of the BeLeaf Group in Nowra. There are two different entrances to each of the dining locations, but once you get to the premise it is separated by the waiting line inside. The food portion is ok, but rather at the smaller size, however, the taste is so good. The Samurai steak beef, shown below is so juicy and succulent, even though it is not a high-class Wagyu or Angus beef, the taste is almost similar . Serve with garlic rice it is the perfect combination for satisfying your taste bud. The Stairway to Heaven sushi roll is also good-looking and tasty too. Friendly staff and plenty of parking spot. Electronic cars payment will attract a surcharge of 1%, while Sundays and public holidays will also incur another 10% extra surcharge. Clean the restroom on both premises.
Overall a pretty good dinner. Well distanced tables and efficient service. Big servings, a sushi roll or a main each is enough. Sake 5 stars can't go wrong here Chicken katsu Bento Box 5 stars again Katsu was good, curry was wholesome and the sides are quite nice. Rainbow roll 4 stars, the sushi rice was too soft and the rolls were not cut consistently, so some pieces are much bigger than others. Fish was very fresh. Nigiri sushi 2 stars. Although the scallop, tuna, salmon and kingfish was fresh and tasty, there was way too much rice (only needed about 1/4 or 1/3 the amount of sushi rice), and the rice was still warm. Have been to Japan 8 times (Kyushu, Honshu and Hokkaido islands) in the past decade and have fairly high standards.
Super tasty Japanese restaurant. The menu has variety to cater for all including vegetarian dishes. They also have a good drinks list.
