It's cold in there and outdated. They would benefit from revamping the place.

I understand its late and probably not the best job to have. I get it totally. However, Im here at TGH staying the night with my partner. What I did not need is the attitude from workers. I had to leave the ICU because of a emergency with my partner. Im already stressed and upset and then I get to be treated like trash while tears are flowing down my cheeks. Please understand that most of us here are actually here because we have to be not because we want too. Some common decency would be nice!!!

I went in and asked for a oreo McFlurry the young lady that was talking my order seed that the machine was not working but my order tuck longer than expected and 2 employees ordered their and the same young lady went over and made it for them ??

The workers there acted like they didn't know what they were doing. I waited 20 minutes to get a Burger.

The hospital cops wouldn’t let my daughter and I eat there. He said it was for hospital staff only. Found out later it’s not true. He had a gun and attitude. Way to go TGH. You protected a customer from probably diarrhea.
