Whenever I come to Sparkmans this is always my first stop. I love the drinks, especially the Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade. Cant recommend it enough! That being said, today I had an uncomfortable experience. My friends and I ordered 3 drinks and didn?t like one of them? I asked if we could potentially exchange it or if I should just buy a new one instead. One of the girls was very rude and told me that they couldn't replace the drink because ?we know how to read a menu,and we know what we like and don?t like.? I literally offered to buy a new one off the bat? There was no need to be so hostile and snide. I don?t know if today was just a fluke, but I haven't had any negative experiences before this one.
