I decided to read reviews for the next closest store and was disappointed to find that the majority of them were very negative. This has made me hesitant to return. District Manager in Tampa, please work to improve your store so that customers like me are not left disappointed. I hope to see a change soon.
When we arrived at the restaurant, there were no employees behind the counter. After waiting for at least 5 minutes, three people finally emerged from the back. Despite the lack of busyness, several people got in line after us. I observed a male employee adding onions and tomatoes to my sandwich before wrapping it up. However, moments later, he unwrapped the sandwich, removed the onions and tomatoes, and wrapped it back up. When our order was ready, I immediately returned the sandwich to the employee and explained that it needed to be remade as I had witnessed the mistake. The man responsible for the error went to the back, leaving another girl to remake my sandwich and serve the customers behind us. A fourth employee briefly appeared from the back before leaving again. It was clear that only two employees were managing the front of the restaurant. I was lucky not to have a severe allergy, as the situation could have been catastrophic if I did.
