This is the only Haitian food I will eat, I love these people and the food is BOMB. I drive all the way from Lakeland just to eat here, only problem I have is that they can't find a proper establishment to continue serving us with great quality food. They haven't been at this location for months and my food heart has been depressed since, please hurry up and come back to us, my health depends on it...

I ordered oxtails, peas and rice, salad, and fried plantains. The service was great. My food was excellent!

I was looking for a good Haitian restaurant in Tampa during my stay...and I have to say that Carmelle's Cuisine came through. Food was on point and the customer service was impeccable! Job well done to Carmelle and her husband!
