4 Rivers Smokehouse - Nowatney

The brisket was remarkably dry. The brisket come out lukewarm and the pork came out FREEEZING!! W for having cheer wine at the fountain. The bread pudding was AMAZING and the beans were very good. Ultimately, if you like real barbecue, I would not recommend this restaurant as their meat is subpar.

I got the cowboy combo, pulled pork, burnt ends and Brisket, everything but the brisket was extremely dry and chewy, luke warm at best (more like room temp) and VERY lightly seasoned. The Jalapeño bread didn't have much Jalapeño taste (which is odd because i remember it being tasty before), only good item I was satisfied with was the bread pudding which funnily enough was warmer than the rest of my food. Now I have had good experiences here in the past, I was shocked it was this bad. I came in around 4, make sure to come in at peak times or youll be served less than fresh food... disappointed. ?

We had dinner at 4Rivers last night and the service was by the far the best we have received in a long time from anyone, anywhere! The crew up front was super helpful and made us a sandwich that is no longer on the menu. We headed to the bakery after dinner and had the pleasure of meeting Daniella. WOW she was the friendliest, nicest and most customer service oriented person we ever met. She told us how much she loved working at 4Rivers and how well she is treated there. And that work was her happy place. That's rare! Thank you for putting such smiles on our face Daniella! P.S. Management give her a raise!

We had the best experience at the Dale Mabry location!!! All of the staff went above and beyond to be kind to my little girl who was having a really rough day. Their kindness was so appreciated and their food is delicious :

Got the point brisket. Was dry. Not much smoke flavor. Also ordered the burn ends. They were a combination of hard squares of meat and soft pulled pork that had been sitting too long in a heat tray. Not the greatest.
