Sitsiliya - Novocherkassk

This is the best restaurant in Novocherkassk. When I stayed in town for a single day, I couldn't know if it was true. But I understand exactly why I said that. The place has an excellent selection of meals and the kitchen is of a very good quality. The service is top notch and is much more personal than you can expect.

Place is very nice, food is good, problem is with service, they bring everything at once, which means you will have your salad, soup, main course all together in the table. I went two times and that is how it is served there. Advice: Order food as you would like to be served, it is order salad then when finishing it call and order your soupnorain course. That way you will avoid eating something, that should be hot, cold.
