Wendy's - Novi

No salads available. There's no dining area either. I understand it's the pandemic, but they still deserve 5 stars.

I'm not sure if they have a shortage of staff or if they're just a bit slow, but this has been my third visit, and it seems like they often open early at 3:00 or there's a long line. It always feels like there’s a long wait just to get some assistance and place an order.

Nuggets were good pommes were cold and had no taste and they did not close my lid all the way away so that my drink spilled in my car

Not very friendly today. gave us our frosties, I had to ask for spoons. the type that operates the drive machine gets a 5 start

Closes at 3 or 4pm on the random days of the week they're open, and also whenever they feel like it. Not reliable enough to drive off the main road for. No signs letting customers know they're open or closed.
