Tubby's Sub Shop - Novi

The Tubbys on Grand River in Novi is great. I’ve been going there a while and never had any problems. Staff is always very friendly. I wish they would bring back the specialty sub Italian sausage. It was great. Anyway Kudos to Novi Tubbys. Great Job!

The staff is rude and there is no way it's up to code

The team at this location is beyond awesome! They are extremely friendly, fast, and helpful as well. The sandwich was very reminiscent of having Tubbys as a kid! All veggies were grilled, fresh, and even the sides were good as well. Online ordering was quick efficient...plus my order was ready 20 minutes before the scheduled time, even at the busy lunch hour ?....highly recommend this clean location.

They close at 8:30. I started calling them to place an order at 8:07. They would not answer so I drove there thinking they just didn't want to take my order since they were closing in 25 min. Got there at 8:19 and they were closed with no one even inside still closing it down. Clearly they closed up shop well before 8:30. If you don't want to stay open until 8:30, thats fine but don't advertise that you are open until 8:30 and waste your potential customers' time.

Asked for ranch for my salad, got balsamic. Asked for the sub grilled, it wasn’t. But a sub is a sub and it was alright
