Taco Bell - Novi

This place is really disappointing. They seem to open only when it suits them. When they are open, the staff appears unmotivated and reluctant to earn their $16 an hour. They often complain about not having the right change, but that's not the customer's problem! We’ve been working near this location for four months, and every time we try to go for lunch, they’re closed 90% of the time. It might just be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. On the rare day they decided to stay open, I watched as they forced an elderly couple to use the kiosk, while the woman behind the counter—who clearly runs the place—just ignored them. How frustrating!

I have been visiting this place for over a decade. I've placed mobile orders, dined in, and ordered while on the go. The staff is consistently pleasant and efficient, and the food is excellent. It's a very popular spot, so service can be a bit slow at times due to long drive-thru lines, but I can always count on them!

In the past few weeks, my wife and I have attempted to dine at this Taco Bell on two separate occasions, only to find the doors locked with no sign indicating the reason. As a result, we decided to drive to the location on Grand River, which is 10 miles away, and we discovered that dining there is far more enjoyable. I've decided to give up on this Taco Bell, as it's frustrating to waste my time getting out of the car only to find it closed. They could at least put up some signs. It seems poorly managed.

3 cars in line still maintained 23 min. after he was hurried by fat wap on the loudspeaker and could not even concentrate to make the order because he hastened me. they wanted to do forever. I didn't know if they order a chicken burrito that comes with 2 pfund tomaten, this must be the worst tacobell around if I could give less staring I would.

This drive thru is a disaster. i had somebody ask me for my order. i gave it to them. couple minutes goes by then somebody goes “repeat that” and then i repeated it, nobody responded again, few minutes goes by, and the person yells “second window” and didn’t confirm if my stuff was right or ask if i wanted anything else. i timed when i called my husband to ask what he wanted… i was in the drive thru line for 32 minutes. :
