Starbucks - Novi

I waited over half an hour inside for a double chocolate chip wrap, and they ended up giving me the wrong drink. It really feels like customers are treated like second-class citizens here.

This restaurant is spotlessly clean, centrally located, and known for its high-quality offerings, making it extremely popular in the Novi area. My only critique is that you should be prepared for long wait times during most visits, both while waiting in line and once inside the establishment. The demand at this location often exceeds its capacity to serve customers swiftly, which can be frustrating. Despite the long lines, this is still an excellent spot worth visiting.

This place really needs better organization. The drive-thru, walk-ins, and mobile orders seem to be chaotic. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink inside is just unacceptable. I've never seen people move so slowly and look so confused. Why are there two people at the drive-thru window? One of you could at least go and prepare the drinks!

I've been coming to this one for years when I'm traveling in the opposite of novi. it was recently renovated with a large drive-thru area. the load is always busy and the excellent personal here holds the dinge very fast, even if they are overcrowded. I have never had a single problem with an order or food quality and recommend this location. parking space: parking space when you go to the load is on the east side the drive-thru is on the west side of the load.
