Sahara Grill Of Novi

After ordering dinner from a friendly staff, I went to pick it up but was disappointed to find that it wasn’t what I expected. I tried to be patient, even though the service I received was quite subpar. After leaving the restaurant, I couldn’t shake off my frustration, so I took a look at other reviews and noticed someone named Ameen had a similar experience just a week ago. I wish I had thought twice before spending my time and money here. It’s also worth mentioning that this place shares similarities with Fam Grill, just differing in phone number. Despite having a higher rating, the service I experienced was lacking, particularly concerning a specific waiter. On the other hand, I've heard better things about Sawara. My meal was bitter and tough, making it not worth the price I paid. I would strongly recommend that others consider spending their money elsewhere.

I ordered combo meals for 15 people, and the price was quite high. The food seemed like it had been prepared two days earlier. I asked if they provided spoons, plates, and sauce, and they assured me it would be in the box. However, after driving for about half an hour, I found none of those items. The customer service was lacking; they didn’t care at all and were only focused on making money. To me, it feels like a copycat restaurant. I’m also confused about why it’s listed as Sahara Grill on Google Maps when the actual name is Farmen Grill.

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic! Starting with the service, our waiter James was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and made to order, including the strawberry lemonade. The hummus was excellent, and the basket of pitas was a perfect complement. The falafel sandwich was spot on. We will definitely be coming back!

The worst service in many years felt like I would do them a favor. eat a bit tasteless and expect to be among average shawarma huh. never come back!

We loved everything we had. Will definitely be heading back soon.
