Noodles Company - Novi

The staff here are the absolute best! I had placed an online order and once I was getting ready to head out for lunch, something came up at work which prolonged my stay causing me to miss my pick up time over 30minutes. I called the restaurant to ask for aremake as I did not want to eat cold food and I even confirmed I would pay for another meal . I felt awful to have to waste, sothat was the least I could do. They remade my food and the young lady even did it for free. I was having a rough day at work,and her great customer service made it better. Thank you to the staff for your amazing work . Best noodles Co I have eaten at.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I am very disappointed?my dish was supposed to have mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and chicken in a Alfredo sauce?It was very bland with little to no sauce and I can count on 1 hand how many mushrooms, tomatoesand spinach leaves were in it?NEVER AGAIN ????

I really like noodles and company, I find myself at this location about once a month. Food does take a but of time to prepare but I've always had mine come accurate and freshly made. I love the new impossible chicken option, although I do think theprices are a little higher than they should be for the quality. Staff members are nice and professional and do their best tofulfill the orders quickly.

Mia was very helpful in helping me choose from the many options available from the menu. The zoodles were great! She is a great addition to the noodles team.

Oh my god, everything was SO good! Except the pad thai was a bit bland. Prices were average compared to most sit down restaurants. It wasn't very busy at the time we went (4pm) but they could seat about 40 I think. Small shop. Very uniquemenu. I had barbeque chicken mac and cheese and a bottled citrus drink. My friend had pad thai (which I tried), and we sharedan order of pot stickers. Her two sons had regular mac and cheese with steamed broccoli and a small rice krispie treat. Iwould definitely eat here again as there is plenty more to try!
