The service was unpleasant. The food for the whole table didn't come out together and items were forgotten.

I used to like this place but something must have changed recently because the service and menu have declined in quality.When my husband and I arrived there was no one at the host stand and no sign providing directions. The couple ahead of us had been waiting and went up to the bar tender to ask if they could sit anywhere and I couldn't hear the bartender but they must have said yes. We waited another minute then chose to sit at the bar. Once we sat down the bartender said she would have to charge us out in the next 10 minutes. I told her fine and ordered a drink as we looked for other restaurants then she came back and said that she would just transfer our bill to the next server.We ordered food then about ten minutes later were told that they were out of the food that my husband ordered however by the time he could find a new item they brought mine out so we opted to just not order anymore and we shared. The comped us for the entree.The menu is not as appealing as it used to be (obviously a personal preference) and service is sub-par.

This location has the worst service. 2 separate times I walked in and sat at the bar for 15 minutes and was completely ignored. I walked out and left. I will never go back. The bar tender was on her phone the entire time and never looked up or walked the bar. The host greeted me and he walk past 3 employees at the other end of the bar and never said you have a customer . I used to frequent another Bar Louie location years ago and it was great. This place won 't be open much longer with that service.

Service quality keeps going downhill, always new people behind the bar if they can be bothered to be behind the bar instead of sitting in the corner on their phones. Parking was ample.

The food is ok, the happy hour menu for food and drinks is more expansive at the one located in royal oak and the bartenders make better drinks. The bartenders honestly don’t make good drinks at this location during happy hour. Customer service is good but the drinks are so watered down don’t even bother coming they purposely do a 2 count pour instead of the standard 4 count pour for happy hour drinks
