The first thing I didn 't like was that the order was taken 3 times because 2 waitresses and a cook can 't help themselves... Then the cook and the waiters started cursing in front of the visitors, it was totally out of line, then the cook was running around clarifying the order, it was starting to get annoying... They began to bring out the order: the first thing that was brought out was a salad, a salad of one cucumber, tomato and several strips of pepper seasoned with lemon juice and butter (the salad was chopped like a pig in the village, the tomato and onion were not peeled) but there was simply no salt and pepper on the table ... Then they served kebabs and potatoes in the peasant style, the output of the dish was small, the potatoes turned out to be dry and not seasoned, they definitely do not know how to make kebabs, the taste of what they call kebabs is more like a thick rubber sole that is difficult to cut into pieces even with a knife... When he asked me to calculate, and pointed out that the garlic sauce was not delivered to me, the waitress stupidly uttered the phrase: we replaced it with a red one for you, this is the sauce that should go with shashlik . Thank you for putting me in front of the fact. After that, the waitress contorted her face so that she ate the chili pepper very hard. I came to the following conclusion: if there is a desire to spoil one 's nerves and overpay for service that is not available and food that is not prepared well, then this establishment is exactly what one needs. Unfortunately, many servicemen dine in this establishment, who overpay for poor-quality food and lack of service, because there are no similar establishments in the district where it would be possible to dine.

It is a pity that more and more often they treat customers and their orders more negligently. You order, you wait, but it turns out that your order is not in the works... Service: 1

There was a normal shaurmishna, when the summer playground was opened, something changed. (In absolute zero). A girl was taking the order, and in the middle of the order she started swearing at the mangalshik. I accepted the order with grief. We sit and wait, another girl approaches and takes our order again. In some chaos, they brought us food. In the end, they didn't bring half of the order (they forgot) Calculation Shurpa (120 UAH), Salad (120 UAH. One , one cucumber, 1/4 pepper and pickled onion) I'm in shock, and ayran 0.5 UAH 40. I also ordered shish kebab, as it turned out to be full of ****, my friend was unlucky and they brought it to him (200 grams, 150 hryvnias). I do not recommend even drinking coffee here.

Friendly staff. . Reviews from friends were only positive.. But.. I got a shawarma with raw meat.. It's a shame.. I didn't buy shawarma for three years before that.. Now I won't do it again.. I'll add: my husband continues to buy shawarma only here.. And as for products with veal it's very tasty.. And the puff pastry with an apple is generally space, the child ate it, simply, with pleasure

I bought a couple of times and it was not successful 2 times on whether, when ordering a regular shawarma with cheese for 150, they take 170, while proving that I 'm wrong, if your employees are deaf or can 't count, is this my problem?
