Chipotle Mexican Grill - Novato

Vivian was the only person that acknowledged my boyfriend and I after 10 mins standing. There were others working but didn't say anything to us. With the drive thru full and seeming she was the only one willing to serve she did so in a kind efficient manner. Shout out to you girl. Your gonna go far with that drive.

Don't bother going to this chipotle. The services was garbage. We were waiting in line for 15 minutes even though there was only one person in front of us. The little fat one with the mustache that just hit puberty didn't know what to do. He stood there after burning his hand on the tortilla press saying he didn't know what to do. The other kid would just yell at him to do something. The women behind the cash register seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do anything other than pretend to ring your order up. We had to bag our food ourselves. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed. Place smelt like baby diapers too. This why if I could I would give you negative stars but yelp is being nice.

This place looks like it has closed all windows covered and signage removed!

I'm a big chipotle fan but this location in particular was lacking in many ways. One both their rices where over cooked, they were out of corn salsa, all out of chips. Which was a bummer because the chips is what makes chipotle delicious. This young Asian girl who seemed to be a surperviser was rude and aggressive when handing off the orders. I felt bad for the young boy who was working. She was not a very good supervised/ trainer. She obviously doesn't know how to train/teach someone. She kept confusing the poor kid and was getting frustrated with him because he wasn't getting what she was trying to tell him to do.

The food was really good. Great customer service. The music in the restaurant was appropriate but the kitchen music coming from the boom box was overpowering and obnoxious. Tell them to turn it down or get rid of it.
