Vietcentric - Nottingham

This was a birthday gift. Fresh food. Fresh flavours. Good instruction, from staff who clearly like what they are doing. We cooked a pork mince roll in betel leaves followed by caramelised salmon. Then we ate them, and they tasted great. After that, dessert and a tea ceremony. All in all, a great experience, the recipient was very happy. We shall be back for the Pho class.

We had a fantastic day out at this restaurant. Our visit was both educational and delicious. Despite all of us working remotely, we all drove around three hours to meet in Nottingham, and it was definitely worth the journey. The food was delicious, the staff were patient and helpful, and we even had a tea ceremony where we learned a lot about Vietnam. They were very accommodating to my allergies, ensuring I didn't miss out on any of the dishes.

We booked a cookery class at Vietcentric, and it was an amazing experience! The three staff were so welcoming and informative. We made a starter and main course. The flavours and fragrances were incredible, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We are already planning our next visit to try another dish!

Last night, I participated in a Vietnamese cooking class. It was such a wonderful cultural experience! I believe that the best way to learn about a new culture is through its food. The class taught us how to prepare traditional Vietnamese recipes and provided tips for recreating them at home. The instructors were fantastic and very friendly. The setting was beautiful, with Vietnamese décor throughout. This experience has inspired me to visit Vietnam in the future. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in immersing themselves in Vietnamese culture.
