Victoria Kebab House - Nottingham

We placed an order, but the phone line was disconnected several times. The order arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later, after we requested a refund. We had to go to the restaurant to get a refund because they kept hanging up the phone on us, even though our order was worth £45.

My family ordered food at this restaurant. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. When it did, it was cold and congealed. The staff consistently lied about the service.

This restaurant serves the most delicious masala fish in town, without a doubt. They consistently deliver top-notch quality every time I visit. Keep up the great work!

Lovely staff, perfect kebab and great customer service will definitely be returning again! Ordered the wrong thing and they kindly changed it for free.
