Ugly Bread Bakery - Nottingham

Yummy and great value for money! We were served by a lovely young girl with brown hair (didn’t catch her name who was very attentive. Both mine and my partners food was delicious and they gave me a bag to take it away and have it later! Will definitely be coming back :

We had a great time at this restaurant in Nottingham. We decided to have lunch outside and sat by the street. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We ordered fruit juice and two pizzas, and we really enjoyed our meal. We would definitely return to this restaurant.

Found this place during first ever day in Nottingham, looking for some where for breakfast, the display of sandwiches looked amazing so decided to give it a try. Positives; the staff were really nice, the food all looked delicious, there was clearly a passion about the product. The Avocado, tomato, spinach and grains Ciabatta was delicious (even if not first/second choice). Negatives; there was no bacon or sausage available so basically a proportion of the breakfast dishes were a no go, the latte coffee was disappointing, not hot not strong, some the tables and chairs were pretty basic and not very comfortable, it was quite cold.

I tried some delicious, homemade food at this restaurant. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were prepared with care. I stopped in for a quick bite while passing by and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was.

We visited here on Saturday 30/03/2019 for a quick bite prior to a theatre visit. We were sent upstairs as there are only a few tables downstairs which were taken. Staff pleasant friendly pizza/ drinks delivered without too much of a wait the pizza was very nice. The room upstairs leaves lots to be desired. It is a challenge to find a chair which doesn’t have the seat covered in stains. There were scraps of food on a base of a lamp. The paint of crumbling/flaking off the walls. The whole room is dingy (even though the walls are painted with huge flowers). To sum up, the food was good so were the staff but sadly the place is in need of of good refurbishment sooner rather than later.
