Starbucks - Nottingham

Went today and the American woman was so rude, rolled her eyes when I asked for a bag to carry my food out as I was offered one by the very nice man that served us. Shouldn’t work in retail if you’re gonna get flustered over a bag and get arsey with customers

The manager provided the worst customer service. I would rate it 10/10 and will not be returning. They were extremely rude and not approachable.

Would have been much easier and quicker to go home and make a coffee. You make your order, they take your money, you wait for a long long time for a simple black coffee. Because there is a drive through and online ordering you simply can't make a judgement on how long you're going to wait. My advise, don't bother.

Drinks and service were fine. Really nice friendly lady serving. Toilets were vile!! Desperately in need of a cleaning rota.

Ordered two iced coffee's and had to wait over 25 minutes although only 10 people waiting and 6 staff on duty , I did ask if we were waiting for the coffee to be picked in Colombia we received one coffee and then the second was 5 mins later , Starbucks wake up and smell the cofffee , incompetent 100
