Island Fish - Nottingham

I paid online for my order and went to pick it up since they don’t deliver to my area, which is fine since I’m only 4 miles away. They gave me a 45-minute wait time for collection. I battled through traffic, only to discover that the shop was closed! They took my money without issue, but it took them 6 days to process the refund. It seems like they can easily take your money, but not return it quickly. The takeaway had no signs of life, and I felt thoroughly disappointed by the experience!

I advise against ordering from this restaurant. The service is extremely poor. They have canceled my order more than three times. This establishment does not operate in a professional manner.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. When I inquired about recommendations, I was directed to the jerk chicken with rice and peas. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning and spent the whole week feeling sick, likely due to the second chicken leg I bit into, which was partially frozen. I strongly advise you to avoid this place.

Disappointing, When I first ordered from here the food was great. However it is now always late, things missing, and you can not get hold of them because they turn their phones off! I would avoid here for a while!

Excellent service, hot tasty food with a cool aid drink at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service from the chef.
