Gooseberry Bush - Nottingham

This is a charming pub located next to the city campus of Nottingham Trent University. For those unfamiliar, "Spoons" is a chain pub that offers a variety of food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They also provide vegetarian options for those who don't eat meat. This particular location is popular among students and tends to get quite busy, particularly in the evenings.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. I visit often and have never had a bad experience. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy with friends or family.

The food was excellent and served piping hot. The staff was friendly, and the tables were cleared promptly. The restrooms were very clean, which is not always the case in some places we visit.

Beautiful breakfast and happy smile staff. stopped here before she returned to wales. will be back next year definitiw.

Second best Wetherspoons in the city after the Roebuck. A student hive so can get very busy. Slightly outside the centre and I didn't know it existed until a few years ago. Nice layout with a decent outside area. Can have a lack of cask ales, which for a Wetherspoons is highly unusual.
