Creams Cafe - Nottingham

We visited this restaurant today to celebrate our daughter's birthday. I had previously made a reservation through Facebook messenger and informed them about our dietary requirements and parking needs. They responded promptly and courteously. When we arrived, we were greeted by several friendly employees and seated at a table decorated with balloons. The menu was explained to us, and the bubble waffle option caught the children's attention. We ordered a variety of desserts, including a waffle sundae and bubble waffle, along with drinks. The staff were knowledgeable about the ingredients in the desserts and even offered free strawberries to a member of our party with dietary restrictions. All the food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. To our surprise, the staff brought out a cake and a card singing happy birthday to our daughter. Despite not being able to eat the cake, they provided a takeout box upon request. We were impressed by the friendly, helpful, and attentive staff, as well as the delicious food that we all enjoyed. Thank you, Creams, for a wonderful experience!

This restaurant has the best waffles and sundaes in the city with an array of amazing creations and combinations to choose from. The service is top-notch, with always friendly staff who can also recommend delicious shakes. We make it a point to visit at least once a week!

Steve and the team of creams nottingham were a great, fast, friendly and professional service and to beautify it by great desserts! would definitely recommend a visit!
