Costa Coffee - Nottingham

The restaurant has recently been renovated and is now clean, bright, and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and there is a wide variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. They also offer cakes, pastries, biscuits, sandwiches, and toasted sandwiches. Despite a large queue, the staff worked efficiently to serve customers as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

This Costa is located next to the Odeon Derby cinema and is of a comfortable size. You can access it from either outside or inside the cinema. They offer a typical Costa menu with a good variety of drinks and food options. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. The lemonade drink was enjoyable.

The restaurant was crowded, but the staff managed to keep things running smoothly. However, we were disappointed to find that we had spent £9 on two medium hot chocolates - one regular and one Terry's. Despite the high price, the hot chocolates were only average and not particularly enjoyable. We felt that we could have easily made better hot chocolate at home for a fraction of the cost. In our opinion, £9 for two hot chocolates was excessive and felt like we were being ripped off. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred us from returning to this restaurant in the future.

Frappe was good and delicious as usual. Great atmosphere and clean store. But only one person was serving making it longer to order.

Great coffee, good food but a little more variety for a savoury option would be nice
