I visited the Boost Juice Bar for the first time, I needed a boost and so I thought I'd try it out. I checked my blue light card before I ordered because the prices were shocking. I felt the money off was the only way I could justify getting something, but for me even with the discount, it's still pricey at almost £6. I approached the till and although the young woman was not rude there was no enthusiasm or welcome in her tone and on observation everyone behind the counter was the same, no pip in their step. If anything, they needed a boost as this further showed in their pace and how long it took for me to receive my drink. I honestly can say I waited over 10 minutes and during that time I considered asking for a refund as I questioned whether it was worth the wait. There were two people who were before me and two people who came after me, however they ended up recieved their drinks before me. All three drinks were in the blender, but she decided to pour mine last, which I did not understand. She did apologise for the wait and the drink was not bad, but I noticed that they only pour what can fit into the cup, which I find crazy because there was so much left over in the blender jug, your not even getting your full drink. The ingredients should be enough to fit the cup, so I did feel robbed. Personally, I dont think the Boost juice bar is for me after this experience. A long wait and half a drink. I must also add that the location is not ideal as it is just a store front and so whilst waiting you find yourself trying not to get in the way of people passing.

I just ordered three juices and one juice was missing. There were no straws and the juices had spilled into the bag. I have tried to call the Boost Juice bar in Nottingham and it says the number does not exist!? I will never order from Juice Boost again.

I passed by and it was busy, then returned. Service was prompt and friendly. A young man took my order and a pretty young lady made my Mango Magic. It was very good, I highly recommend. There are lots of choices, but they do taster pots, although these are often scooped up by passing tweens.
