Barburrito - Nottingham

Haven't been to this place for a long time, possibly no long after it first opened, so thought i would go back. bad mistake. Expensive stone cold burrito that fell apart while eating, the only positive is they provide a bowl . taco bell would have been a better choice and thats not a very high bar by any stretch of the imagination

This is the best place to eat in Nottingham. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond the usual service. Love to the place. Go eat there…….NOW.

Delicious burrito, had the Jerk Chicken which was tasty. Staff were kind, informative and approachable. The girl who served me(didn’t catch her name, blonde tied up hair/glasses) was brilliant, very kind!

I used to really love this place, but it’s gone massively downhill. I’ve had 2 visits in the last few months, both were massively disappointing. 1/ Staff member rubbed their runny nose before handling my food, seemed to take great offence when I asked them to start again fresh… with clean hands. 2/ Staff member was leaning forward over the open (to be filled) burrito. Their apron strings were dangling in my burrito. When I mentioned it to the staff member, they did apologise, but carried on making the burrito without offering to change it/start again from scratch that’s poor. I didn’t want a burrito that had possibly dirty/contaminated apron strings dangled in it. Does no one teach basic hygiene at this store anymore? I couldn’t:wouldn’t eat it… so I left the store, before the burrito was even completed. 3/ I generally like a loaded/double filling burrito, but on the other visit recently, I asked for double ‘This isn’t chicken’. I looked at the assembled burrito, it looked ti me like a single serving of said filling it certainly wasn’t a double helping. The member of staff wouldn’t budge on it offered no more filling. I felt ripped off. In future I’ll ask for one portion, then after change my mind ask them then to change it into a double/loaded burrito. Staff members like Shane, Joanne really used to make this store so good. Sad to see what it’s now become. Now getting my ‘fix’ from Tortilla

This is the best burrito I’ve ever gotten, not only it was my birthday so it was free but I also got a little extra things because the staff were feeling generous, I never leave reviews but this truly deserves it, great staff and great burritos
